I don’t feel comfortable talking about my past and just need an abortion? Can this be done anonymously? The alleged survivor decides what kind of help they prefer to receive from us. We can help both financially and with logistics. This also includes the abortion which will be kept confidential. In our system, all personal data is coded and will not be released anywhere.
-
What does “confidential” mean?Confidential means that no one can access personal data, except the information that's relevant to doctors. In our system, all personal data is coded and will not be released anywhere.

I have been threatened as well as experienced attempted rape, but the rape crime itself did not take place. Can I still ask “Sylni” for help?Absolutely. In this case, we can provide psychological or any other assistance you need.
-
My close friend/ family member has been sexually assaulted. She (he) is not OK, but she (he) does not want to seek any help. What is the best thing to do? Can I sign them up for a session with your therapist? We always respect a person's privacy and reluctance to accept help, even if they need it. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any assistance by request of the relatives. If this were the case, a specialist can advise how to effectively communicate with a survivor. You can also show some materials and information from this website, maybe she (he) will be willing to read some of it.

I did not try to resist or have offered sex (or any other type of sexual contact) to a sexual predator. It was allegedly consensual, but now I’ve realised that I was too scared and did not consent to it. Can I still ask for help in such a scenario?Of course. This is a form of sexual violence during wartime, for instance, when survivors protect themselves from getting hurt or worse. Therefore, we do provide help and support.
